A few months ago, I published my second pattern. In contrast to my first, this is a beginner-friendly and, above all, quickly sewn pattern, so it is particularly suitable for people who want to get a taste of the topic or are looking for a quick project for in between. To make it easy for those who don’t have much experience with quilting, I used a lot of different media for the SAL.

What do you get at the SAL?

In addition to having a lot of fun and finding new quilting friends, I prepared weekly Instagram and blog posts for you, shot 5 videos and wrote a special add-on for UnRoll, which is my exclusive gift to all SAL participants.

In the Instagram post, I will summarize important points every day, but not go into too much detail. In the blog posts, it becomes much more detailed. Here I’ll go over the special features in case you missed them in the pattern. It gets even more detailed in the videos, as many things can be shown best there. Everyone should find something helpful, so that everyone can take place in the SAL depending on their level of knowledge.

What the SAL costs you.

The SAL itself costs NOTHING! However, in order to sew, you will need the pattern, the fabric and the normal sewing supplies, which you may need to purchase.

To make it not so expensive for you, you get a nice discount for the pattern with the “Week 1 Newsletter” and it also includes a few goodies from me.

How the SAL works.

This is about an “everything can, nothing has to” thing. Nevertheless, it’s nice to keep track, to network actively and to have a great quilt in your hands at the end. So that it doesn’t become too stressful, I designed the SAL to last four weeks.

Week 1: Piecing and Cutting fabrics

Week 2: Time for the Blocks

Week 3: Top Assembly

Week 4: Finishing the Quilt

What you have to do to take part.
